Responsibilities

Collaboration with senior product managers and cross-functional teams
Support for new product development and product enhancements
Coordination of product launch activities and client communications
Support for client coverage organization including responding to product-related questions and assisting with training
Product lifecycle management from ideation to customer enablement and roadmap prioritization

Requirements

Degree in a technical field such as Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience within a front office investment environment including portfolio management or credit and equity research process
Experience in finance, Climate/ESG investing and product management
Experience in completion of a product project from beginning to end
Previous marketing or product management experience in a financial services organization
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
Ability to construct clear product requirements and technical documentation
Ability to work on several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior personnel and external clients
Exceptional analytical skills and strong technical abilities
Creativity, innovation, proactivity, and motivation in problem solving and learning

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with AI and data science concepts
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as large language models, automation platforms, or data analytics applications
Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools to manage workload and accelerate research
Curiosity for AI applications in product development and client solutions

Salary range: HUF 13,680,000 - HUF 17,784,000 per year plus eligible for annual bonus
