Responsibilities

Collaboration with senior product managers to ensure achievement of product objectives
Support of key projects within the product management team
Collaboration with research, engineers and program management teams
Support of new product development and product enhancements by creating product specifications
Project coordination across functional teams including engineering, data operations and research
Coordination of product launch activities including application changes and data feeds
Testing of new features in relevant applications
Preparation of pitchbooks, factsheets, FAQs and supporting documentation
Coordination and sending of client communications
Support of client coverage organization by responding to questions on product features, functionality, pricing and licensing
Development of user guides and documentation
Assistance with RFPs and client communications
Organization of periodic training sessions for client coverage
Collaboration with senior coverage leads on roadmap priorities and opportunity sizing
Support of product lifecycle management from ideation to customer enablement
Scoping and sizing of new ideas in terms of potential revenue
Support of quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization processes

Requirements

Degree in a technical field such as Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience within a front office investment environment including portfolio management or credit and equity research process
Experience in finance, Climate/ESG investing and product management
Experience in completion of a product project from beginning to end
Previous marketing or product management experience in a financial services organization
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
Ability to construct clear product requirements and technical documentation on short notice
Ability to work on several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior product management, teams and external clients
Exceptional analytical skills with strong technical abilities
Passion for new technologies and analytical tools including AI and machine learning applications relevant to climate and ESG data
Creativity and innovation in problem solving and communication of complex concepts
Initiative and motivation in workload management and learning new skills

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with AI and data science concepts through coursework, certifications or self-directed learning
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as large language models, automation platforms or data analytics applications
Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools to manage workload, streamline documentation or accelerate research
Curiosity for AI applications to enhance product development, client solutions and internal workflows
Willingness to experiment with and champion new AI tools within the team

Salary range: HUF 13,680,000 - HUF 17,784,000 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus
