During your daily work, you can expect the following tasks:
As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating across teams to deliver consistently high‑quality service. This position offers a flexible work environment, including the option to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with assigned clients through meetings and feedback management
- Monitor service performance (SLAs, quality, response times, issue resolution) on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Management, IT, HR) to resolve client issues promptly
- Prepare and present performance reports and analyses to clients
- Coordinate smooth onboarding processes for new clients
- Develop improvement proposals based on client feedback
- Handle and follow up on critical situations and escalations
- Document client requirements, communications, and changes
You are an ideal candidate if:
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in client relationship management, service process oversight, or B2B environments
- You have advanced (C1) English proficiency, both spoken and written, suitable for negotiations and reporting
- You hold a university degree in business, communications, or management
- You have proven expertise in managing service processes, monitoring SLAs, evaluating KPIs, and solving complex issues
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or large-scale corporate operations is a plus
- You are confident in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, aligning diverse interests across clients, operations, and management
- You maintain a strong client-oriented mindset and proactively contribute solutions to team success
- You possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw business conclusions
- You work calmly, independently, and responsibly, while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- You can remain flexible and available outside regular working hours to handle client escalations
