Állás leírása
Feladatok
- Act as part of the Client Experience team in a client-facing role
- Daily communication with clients on contract renewals, change management, invoicing, reporting, and investment servicing
- Support administrative tasks and assist with recurring activities such as reporting and process documentation
- Contribute to ongoing projects, including reviewing data sheets and setting up documentation
- Gradually take on more complex responsibilities, including account opening and change management requests
Elvárások
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Any academic background; work experience in finance not required
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), comfortable working with data
- A strong interest in investments and related financial topics
- A passion for serving clients by being responsive and empathetic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and understand basic contract language
- Munkaidő:
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
- One-year opportunity with the possibility of extension
