Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Resolving service tasks for institutional clients and third parties
Addressing client needs
Identifying process improvement opportunities
Leveraging systems and tools to enhance client service work
Ensuring timely and accurate responses to high volume service activities
Evaluating processes and procedures for inefficiencies
Making and implementing recommendations for improvement
Achieving or outperforming service-level agreements and client expectations
Using technology and digital tools to deliver high-level service
Achieving excellent results in client satisfaction surveys
Collaborating closely with internal partners for seamless service delivery
Handling client concerns in a timely and sensitive manner
Facilitating diagnosis of complex client service issues
Identifying sources of service deficiencies and owning their resolution

Requirements

Strong understanding of service excellence principles
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
Emotional ownership and accountability for tasks and deliverables
Ability to manage complexity and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in finance and operational processes with exposure to reporting and reconciliation
Ability to map process gaps and recommend improvements
Leadership capabilities with experience in managing people or leading teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
User level knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or AI - Artificial Intelligence preferred
3-5+ years of experience in client service, operations, or portfolio management support

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with derivative instruments and their role in financial markets, Preferred experience in preparing and reviewing financial audit reports, VBA, Coding, Python, Power automate skills, Interest and comfort in AI tool usage, CFA Level I or actively pursuing CFA certification (preferred but not mandatory), Certification in Capital Markets & Derivative Instruments
