Responsibilities

Building relationships and managing client expectations
Developing solutions to service challenges within the firm
Driving client experience agenda ensuring transparency and execution in communications
Participating in regulatory, platform, and client related projects
Owning client service experience and responsibilities related to implementation impact
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables by working cross-functionally
Addressing new operational requests and providing completion notifications
Identifying, remediating, and performing root cause analysis of operating events impacting client experience
Developing long-term process failure mitigation approaches

Requirements

1+ years of experience in financial services field
BA/BS equivalent
Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications with multitasking technical skills
Ability to handle deadlines and work independently on routine client projects
Interest in financial services/investment industry and desire to learn
Self-starter with ability to raise issues appropriately
Ability to work collaboratively and assume additional responsibilities
Ability to evaluate process inefficiencies and implement operational improvements
Innovative problem-solving capabilities with quick and creative thinking
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Fluency in at least one additional language: French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic
