Client Service Analyst Intern - Diákmunka

Main tasks, works:

  • Communicate regularly with BlackRock’s Third-Party Transfer Agents (TA) for tasks such as opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, and updating KYC details
  • Driving and overseeing third-party relationships and service performance in collaboration with Service Managers
  • Find opportunities to enhance efficiency and speed by leveraging technology
  • Make sure to answer the client's questions fully, accurately, and clearly
  • Primary contact for both internal and external parties to ensure client queries are being addressed and resolved efficiently as possible
  • Partnering with Legal & Compliance and other internal partners to deal with escalation
  • Assisting management with any ad hoc / project work
  • Ensure a positive experience for the client

Job expectations:

  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Project management skills
  • Proactive, problem solving attitude
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Working time
  • Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
  • Long-term development opportunity, at least 1 year
