Responsibilities
Attract new clients and nurture existing relationships by understanding their investment goals.
Deliver engaging company presentations and introduce clients to available investment products.
Act as the primary point of contact, resolving client queries with a personalized approach.
Regularly communicate with clients to inform them of market opportunities and tailor investment strategies to their unique goals.
Represent the company at specialized conferences and events to build industry presence.
Identify and collaborate with influential stakeholders and influencers in the region.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and analytics, to deliver exceptional client service.
Analyze client feedback to adapt strategies and improve client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate client records, assist with transaction processing, and ensure seamless communication.
Prepare reports on client engagement and strategy performance, contributing to a deeper understanding of the company’s target market.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development, preferably in the finance/ Investment/ Insurance field.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
Analytical mindset to understand client needs and market trends.
Fluency in Polish and English (essential).
