  • Acting as a key liaison between the company and Chinese/Korean partners
  • Building and maintaining relationships between the company’s technical team and international clients
  • Managing projects end-to-end, handling conflicts, and representing stakeholder interests
  • Providing translations, interpretation, and cultural mediation when required
  • Representing the technical interests of the project team
  • Preparing reports and submitting process improvement proposals to management
  • Native Chinese language skills and communicative-level Hungarian language skills
  • Confident and assertive attitude
  • At least a secondary-level qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction and/or technical project management
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong advocacy and interest-representation abilities
  • Proactive mindset
  • Category B driving licence
