Responsibilities
We are looking for a Client Project Manager who will lead several smaller projects at any time for our banking clients. In this role you will take full ownership of software projects and their delivery usually done by teams of 2 up to 4 engineers in Global Centers. You will often visit our customers working with them closely on the daily basis. You will also be expected to do hands-on technical activities such as: configuration of software stack, installations of software packages & fundamental changes in Windows registers.
Location: This is an office-based role located in Hungary, Vecsés with frequent travel to customers' offices (predominantly in Budapest area).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 4 up to 6 Software delivery projects at any given time mainly in Hungary,
- Full project life cycle ownership, including detailed project plan for all phases of the project and reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities,
- Provide on-site leadership to the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals,
- Cooperate with and support other departments such as Sales & Product Related Services,
- Basic configuration of software stack on ATMs (e.g. modification of configuration files & working with Windows registers),
- Support of certifications/installations of ATMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience,
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (a mixture of software engineering and project management experience in small to mid-size international teams and matrix organization),
- 2+ years of development experience,
- Past experience working with different level of customer stakeholders, from operation to decision makers,
- Experience with related the Hungarian banking industry and echo system (IT, Backend, HOST etc.),
- Fluency in English and Hungarian native,
- Familiar with Waterfall and Agile.
- Familiar with Atlassian Suite or similar tools

- A hands-on, can-do approach,
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently,
