Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with strong German and English language skills and with the willingness to learn. Your main tasks will be to deal with the inquiries of clients at Tax International Services Kft concerning VAT compliance matters.
You will communicate with the clients mostly via email and sometimes via phone. You will respond to their emails and approach them pro-actively when needed.
You will learn the different services we offer and as to how to handle our collaboration platform which is used for client onboarding and for the preparation and submission of the respective VAT reports.
You will learn the basics of VAT compliance so that you understand the needs of our clients better and will be able to assist them.
You will be supported by other teams at Tax International Services in your tasks who will help you when special requests are coming from clients. You will need to work with your colleagues to solve such cases within due course. You will have to follow up on the progress to ensure that we deliver what we promised.
You will help to build and maintain a knowledge base that will help our clients with the most common issues (guides, tutorials, FAQs).
You will be part of a sub-team that is dealing with clients. Your colleagues and team leader will teach you the important processes, will help you to learn how and where to find answers to your questions and will guide you in your journey of becoming a successful client manager.

Requirements
- Good communication skills, you are fluent in English and German (reading, speaking and writing).
- You are a precise, reliable and proactive person who is willing to investigate and find the answers to questions instead of just waiting to be told.
- You are willing to learn.
- You have good stakeholder management skills, you can prioritize, attention to details is your strength.
- You are proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook.
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of further language(s) is an advantage: French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Polish, Czech
