Responsibilities

Daily tasks relating to new client portfolio events
Critical client change activity such as fee and authorized asset changes
Leading changes to client portfolios
Leading the launch of certain portfolios
Coordinating internal BlackRock teams and service providers
Coordinating and running launch and change events with all impacted partners
Managing the onboarding experience by articulating key landmarks to implement new portfolios or changes
Reviewing activity dashboard and handling client onboarding tasks
Providing critical control functions including requesting and receiving sign-offs before launches or changes
Incorporating service level agreements into credible end-to-end timelines
Building strong relationships across the organization
Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities
Participating in development and implementation of continuous improvement of control environment, policies and procedures
Acting as a role model and assisting in training and development of team members

Requirements

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Information Technology skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels
Analytical skills with aptitude for problem solving
Motivated and diligent work attitude
Strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to manage and control own priorities to meet deadlines
Enthusiasm for the financial markets
