Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Coordination and running of launch and change events with all impacted partners
Management of onboarding experience by articulating key landmarks to implement new portfolios or desired changes
Review of activity dashboard and handling tasks associated with client onboarding activities
Provision of critical control functions such as requesting and receiving sign-offs from key functions before launches or changes become effective
Incorporation of service level agreements into credible end-to-end timelines
Building strong relationships across the organization by listening to internal partners and delivering for the firm
Identification and driving of process improvement opportunities to lower risk of errors and increase efficiency
Participation in development and implementation of continuous improvement of control environment, policies and procedures
Acting as a role model within the team and assisting in training and development of team members

Requirements

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Information Technology skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels
Analytical skills with aptitude for problem solving
Motivation and diligence with care about results
Strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to manage and control own priorities to meet deadlines
Enthusiasm for the financial markets
Ability to integrate and build rapport quickly as a good teammate
