Responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and cost savings in production processes
- Planning, implementation and implementation of development projects in the company's production processes
- Monitors production processes and analyzes their efficiency and performance
- Identifies unnecessary costs and losses in production processes
- Collecting and analyzing data to measure the efficiency and quality of processes
- Applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve production processes
- Teamwork and coordination with other managers and colleagues to execute effective development projects
Requirements
- Engineering degree or similar qualification
- 5 years of experience in planning and executing process optimization or continuous improvement projects
- Data management and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods and about their application
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
- Creativity and innovative point of view
- Communication level in English
