Responsibilities

Continuous communication with Chinese and Hungarian customers and partners
Supporting the Project Manager and Sales team – identifying new business opportunities and assisting the sales team in preparing offers
Customer negotiations and regular in-person client visits
Supporting the launch of new projects (participation in kick-off meetings, information gathering, preparation of documentation)
Preparing regular reports and status updates for the Project Manager
Collecting customer requirements and forwarding them to technical and operational teams
Supporting cooperation between internal departments on customer projects
Supporting the company’s professional representation at conferences and industry events

Requirements

Active Chinese language skills at least at a communicative level, plus knowledge of English and/or Hungarian
Confident verbal and written communication with clients
Customer-oriented mindset and strong negotiation skills
Secondary or higher education qualification
User-level knowledge of MS Office applications
Category B driving license and willingness to travel nationwide (Place of work: Nationwide / Eastern Hungary region)

Nice-to-have

Experience in sales support, account management, or customer relationship roles
Experience in the automotive industry or technical service environment
Experience in launching or introducing new projects
