Responsibilities

Lead and support logistics sales and customer communication for the Chinese market, including coordinating inquiries, managing customer requirements, and facilitating smooth operational workflows.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and promptly report discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor FIFO and other operational procedures to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in operational planning, process optimization, and creating operational reports.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure proper and effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support communication with clients (including Chinese customers) regarding shipments, documentation, and operational issues when needed.
• Cooperate closely with the logistics and sales team to align warehouse capabilities with customer requirements in the Chinese market.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent
• Chinese nationality or fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience in supervising or leading small teams is an advantage.
• English: intermediate (B1–B2) level or higher.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and WMS; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently, reliable, and responsible.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in freight handling, cargo operations, or warehouse logistics.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in warehouse environments.
• Ability to assist in project strategy development and client relations.
