Chief Technology Officer (3817)

We are looking for a team member for our international startup partner specializing in the development of AI-powered SaaS systems

• • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster individual growth and team success,
  • Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs, primarily utilizing Go (Golang), while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements,
  • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable architectures that effectively process large datasets, handle heavy traffic, and minimize delays,
  • Take ownership of PostgreSQL database management, including schema design, query optimization, and ensuring continuous performance improvements,
  • Guide the deployment and management of microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth integration across development, testing, and production environments,
  • Oversee and enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar systems to streamline workflows,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product owners, and DevOps, to ensure high-quality and reliable feature delivery,
  • Ensure system stability and observability by leading efforts in monitoring, alerting, and incident management, while driving proactive performance enhancements,
  • Champion best practices in coding, testing, and documentation, ensuring that the software is maintainable, high-quality, and aligned with organizational goals,
  • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and contribute to the creation of a collaborative and learning-oriented team culture,
  • Drive improvements to system scalability, security, and performance, ensuring that the platform evolves to meet business needs.

• Previous experience as a backend developer,
• Experience working with Go programming language,
• Management / leadership experience,
• Confident English skills.
