We are looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to join an investment management firm in Zurich.

About the role:
Lead, manage, and develop the Compliance team (4 direct reports)
Oversee the firm's compliance framework in line with Swiss regulations (e.g., FINMA requirements)
Act as the primary contact with regulators and external stakeholders
Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory developments and compliance risks
Design, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance
Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and internal reviews
Deliver training and promote a strong compliance culture across the firm
Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
About the candidate:
Proven experience in a senior Compliance leadership role within an investment management firm in Switzerland (must-have)
In-depth knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and regulatory bodies
Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
Fluency in German and English (must-have)
Legal, finance, or related academic background
