Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the company’s full accounting processes in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies – including up-to-date bookkeeping, accurate ledgers and tax records, and transparent documentation.
• Preparing financial reports and statements to support management decision-making.
• Handling monthly and annual closings and preparing statutory reports (balance sheet, income statement, notes, business report) on time.
• Preparing tax returns (VAT, CIT), tax analytics, and other statutory data submissions by deadline.
• Liaising with auditors, authorities, and business partners and providing required documentation.
• Supporting the annual audit and ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
• Compiling and submitting KSH and other statistical reports.
• Managing tax payments, reviewing inventories, and summarizing results.
• Providing professional guidance to economic/financial team members, supporting their development, and monitoring performance.
• Actively participating in the development and improvement of financial and accounting processes; proposing efficiency-enhancing solutions.
• Continuous cooperation and regular reporting to the foreign Finance Director (in English).
