Responsibilities

Timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/GAAP as applicable)
Management of statutory reporting and liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
Compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other filings
Oversight of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, and fixed assets
Establishment and monitoring of internal controls and accounting policies
Driving process improvements, automation, and standardization of accounting procedures
Support of CFO/Finance Director with financial analysis and reporting
Collaboration with other departments on accounting-related matters

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (ACCA / ACA / CPA or equivalent) preferred
7–10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles
Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting
Experience in international or multi-entity environments
Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge
Strong technical accounting knowledge
