Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present good quality dishes for the à la carte restaurant
- Participate in menu creation
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Maintain full compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations
- Assist in selecting kitchen equipment and tools
- Coordinate with management for banquet preparations (occasionally)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an à la carte restaurant
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- English and Hungarian language skills are a must
Nice-to-have
- Experience in different cuisines
