Responsibilities

Responsible for the production of appetizers and for the creation of various themed buffets.

Independently managing the saucier station.
Requirements

Completed training or apprenticeship as a chef / cook.

Several years of professional experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.

Good language skills in German or English.

A creative personality with passion for the profession.

Responsible, with good manners and a professional attitude.
