Responsibilities

Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we're looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our well-established team. The successful candidate will focus mainly on process operations therefore technical background is not necessary.

Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!
Office location: 116-118 Vaci Ut, Budapest, 1133.
The successful candidate will be employed by a leasing agency.

In this role you will:

Assist in the identification and recruitment of new channel partners.
Support the development of channel marketing programs and initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary resources and training to succeed.
Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize channel strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.

Requirements

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in channel management, sales, or marketing.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
