Responsibilities

Development of the holding’s financial strategy
Prioritization of investments across studios and products
Development of criteria for portfolio decision-making
Support to shareholders in exit/divestment strategies
Monitoring execution of financial decisions and conducting reviews
Treasury and liquidity management
Management of cash pooling and daily liquidity
Cash flow forecasting weekly and monthly
Financing strategy
Management of FX and credit risks
Stress scenario planning and runway management
M&A, transactions, and post-merger integration
Leading transactions and coordinating due diligence
Target evaluation and synergy modeling across products
Managing divestments and exit options
Product FP&A, KPIs, and reporting
Building product-level P&L models for the holding and individual products
Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
Designing KPI architecture for the portfolio and products
Reporting automation weekly and monthly
Preparation of materials for CEO and Board
Data governance for key metrics and data quality

Requirements

Combination of consulting and in-house finance experience
Last 5 years in technology or digital or gaming sector
Hands-on M&A and PMI experience with multiple deals
Treasury experience including credit lines and liquidity management
Experience in product FP&A and building product-level P&L
Multi-jurisdictional experience managing multiple legal entities
Experience working with platforms Apple and Google and monetization
Experience in KPI architecture and data governance
Interaction with shareholders, board, and investors
Experience in reporting automation and ERP and BI implementation
5+ years in corporate finance
2+ years in leadership roles
Experience as CFO or Head of Finance or equivalent
Background in tech or gaming or related industries
M&A transaction and PMI experience
Skills in consolidated reporting across multiple legal entities
Degree in finance or economics
MBA or ACCA or CPA preferred
Readiness for frequent communication with shareholders and Board
Leadership ability to take ownership and lead in uncertainty
Strategic thinking ability to see the full portfolio picture and trade-offs
Results-oriented delivering cash targets and closing deals on time
Executive communication clear and persuasive communication with shareholders and Board
Decisiveness ability to make decisions with limited information
Internal stakeholder focus supporting PMs and COO and CEO
Integrity and transparency ethical approach to reporting and risk management
