Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot SmartCare / CEM platforms
- Support and optimize big-data environments (Hadoop, SybaseIQ)
- Perform scripting and automation tasks (JavaScript, Python, Shell)
- Build BI reports and dashboards (Tableau or similar BI tools)
- Design and implement technical delivery solutions
- Participate in technical workshops and analyze customer requirements
- Support problem management and risk management processes
- Collaborate closely with global R&D, delivery, and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical field
- 1+ year experience in core network, datacom, IT operations, or big-data platforms is preferred
- Solid Linux skills
- Basic scripting skills (JavaScript, Shell, or Python – any is acceptable)
- SQL/database knowledge
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage
- Preferred: Hadoop, SybaseIQ, wireless/CEM domain knowledge
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
