CE Online Capacity & Reporting Manager

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Managing Online Capacity, catchments and reach across CE, ensuring the systems which provide our fulfillment offer to customers are setup consistently and accurately. Lead CE Online capacity projects, such as new GHS store openings. Deliver valuable capacity and catchment insights to support business decision making - working with our team in Bengaluru to ensure the right provision and simplification of data and reporting.

• Identifying opportunities within our Dotcom delivery catchment to improve service, sales and efficiencies, for £170m CE online business
• Ensuring the customer facing fulfilment systems are set up in line with operational requirements and ensure the early identification of any risks to customers or the Operation
• Improving the scheduling for van fleet through accurate route planning and shift pattern optimisation, to create cost saving synergies with our 3rd party partner
• Owning the capacity change management process ensuring accurate and timely application of changes.
• Lead cross functional NWT's on capacity and growth projects, such as new GHS store openings and catchments
• Providing data and support for Operations teams to be able to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitoring of daily operational reports to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Deliver improvements in reporting processes and identifying new sources of data to help understand our business and drive improvement.
• Share knowledge and up-skill colleagues around Capacity Management.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• University education
• Upper-intermediate  level of English (B2)
• MS Office knowledge
• Experience in a data driven role (analytics, reporting, etc)
• Ability to lead cross functional NWT's and offshore teams
• Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced data analytics
• Familiarity with GIS programmes - ARC GIS, QGIS
• Good knowledge of other analytics tools such as Python and Alteryx
