The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and a proven track record in contract negotiations. Fluency in English and solid practical knowledge of GMP are essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities and CDMO site selection, including due diligence assessments

• Conduct pricing negotiations

• Manage contracting activities for CMO agreements

• Execute Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes for CMOs

Must Haves

• University degree in a scientific or business field (or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CMO Management or procurement within the CMO landscape (*****)

• Proven GMP experience (*****)

• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace

• Fluent English communication skills

• Outstanding communication abilities (*****)

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating CMO contracts (*****)
