Responsibilities
- Development and optimization of algorithmic trading systems
- Writing clean, high-performance code in C++ or Rust
- Collaboration with engineers and quants to deliver robust, scalable trading infrastructure
- Contribution using Python for scripting or tooling tasks
- Solving complex problems in low-latency environments
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in C++ or Rust
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and interest in high-performance systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Graduation from HSE (Faculty of Computer Science) or MIPT (Faculty of Innovation and High Technology)
- Participation or awards in math/programming Olympiads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relocate and work on-site in Dubai
Nice-to-have
- Python programming experience
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems or finance domain
- Previous experience in competitive programming or hackathons
