Responsibilities

Development and optimization of algorithmic trading systems
Writing clean, high-performance code in C++ or Rust
Collaboration with engineers and quants to deliver robust, scalable trading infrastructure
Contribution using Python for scripting or tooling tasks
Solving complex problems in low-latency environments

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in C++ or Rust
Solid software engineering fundamentals and interest in high-performance systems
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Graduation from HSE (Faculty of Computer Science) or MIPT (Faculty of Innovation and High Technology)
Participation or awards in math/programming Olympiads
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to relocate and work on-site in Dubai

Nice-to-have

Python programming experience, Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems or finance domain, Previous experience in competitive programming or hackathons
