Responsibilities

Manage purchasing processes, including creating, sending, and tracking purchase orders
Maintain continuous communication with suppliers and monitor delivery performance
Coordinate procurement activities and ensure adherence to deadlines
Support quotation requests based on technical specifications in cooperation with strategic procurement and other departments
Handle delivery discrepancies and resolve logistics issues
Maintain and update supplier master data and relevant systems (SAP preferred)
Prepare supplier reports, statistics, and performance analyses
Collaborate closely with internal departments (warehouse, planning, logistics, customs, shipping)
Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers when required
Support production planning and monitor customer demand changes
Organize and coordinate shipments and deliveries
Handle logistics-related claims
Contribute to supplier evaluation processes and support new project sourcing activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (technical or business field preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement
Strong administrative and operational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Experience in component purchasing and logistics coordination is an advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
Fluent English (written and spoken)
