Responsibilities

Welcome and assist local and international clientele, ensuring an immediate sense of comfort and exclusivity.
Deliver a unique PETITE GENEVE PETROVIĆ experience while building long-term, trust-based relationships with our esteemed customers.
Represent the traditional family values and heritage of our company with authenticity, discretion, elegance and commitment to excellence.
Engage clients politely and naturally, providing a pleasant and refined experience while they await assistance from Sales Associates.
Serve refreshments and other beverages with impeccable manners and attention to detail.
Discreetly manage client flow and waiting times, maintaining a calm and elegant boutique atmosphere.
Ensure the immaculate presentation of client areas, seating spaces, and refreshment service points in accordance with brand standards.
Maintain mutual respect and ensure flawless communication with sales team members and external partners (suppliers).

Requirements

At least 10+ years of proven experience in hospitality, five-star service, concierge, hosting, or similar high-end client-facing roles.
Impeccable manners, polished appearance, and a natural sense of hospitality.
Perfect command of Hungarian and English is mandatory.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural sense of hospitality and service excellence.
Ability to engage clients gracefully and confidently, without being intrusive.
A team player with a proactive, service-driven mindset and a genuine passion for excellence.
High level of discretion, diplomacy, and cultural awareness when interacting with high-profile clientele.
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
