Main tasks, responsibilities:

Serve as the primary financial partner for the Business Unit management team
Ensure & support the global month end closing
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for main KPIs
Support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization projects
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and profitability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of IFRS and controlling principles
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, BW and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
Fluent English, German is an advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
