Responsible for the following process and proper handling of documents:


  • making rolling forecasts, closing at the end of the month and dividing internal costs
  • analysis of deviations and improvement opportunities
  • partnership with cost center, service and project managers in the planning and analysis of the areas under their responsibility
  • creating transparency (through reporting and analysis) to control business units and optimize costs
  • advising the business unit on financial matters
  • annual calculation of internal cross-financing rates and creation of controlling structures
  • calculation and implementation of transfer distributions in accordance with OECD guidelines
  • cross-country collaboration, such as with procurement, human resources, accounting and global financial organizations
  • in addition to Polish support, it also performs Hungarian and German financial controlling tasks:
        • the cost and leave accruals
        • Accounting of FTE, ILV tables and data in SAP
        • preparation of upload files (IC consultation)
        • preparing cost allocations
        • residual costs, RCoD control
        • business tax calculation.
  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of controlling or financial business partnering experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel)
  • Fluent in local language and English; German or other local language is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both finance and operational stakeholders
  • Customer focused mentality
