As our Business Technology Consultant, you will partner with teams across the organization to analyze, optimize, and transform business processes through innovative technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency, performance, and business value across our international operations.
How You’ll Help Us Grow

Assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology-driven solutions
Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and end users to gather requirements and align technology initiatives with strategic goals
Lead or contribute to projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee solution design and deployment
Support rollout of new systems and processes, including training, documentation, and adoption strategies
Monitor performance metrics and recommend ongoing enhancements
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers

Key Focus Areas (Advantage):

Experience in Order-to-Cash processes
Managing system integrations (Oracle, SOA, EDI and related platforms)
Supporting EDI rollout in EuMEA
Supporting Trade Manager implementation (automatic rebate calculations)

Requirements

Could This Be You?
You are a business-minded technology professional who thrives in complex, international environments. You combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy turning business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
You Bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business consulting, technology advisory, or similar roles
Proven ability to analyze processes and deliver technology-enabled improvements
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) is highly regarded
Fluent English (second language is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
