Business Systems Analyst

• Responsible to maintain the corporate’s applications availability and uptime. Goal: 99.95% uptime
• Immediately reacts when there is an unwanted performance degradation occurring.
• Maintains production and non-production application Weblogic servers configuration.  
• Frequently monitors related Freshservice tickets, both service requests as well as incidents.
• Plans, coordinates monthly planned downtimes for non-production and production environment.
• Takes significant part in the Ivy housekeeping system's development 

Duties:

• Development cycle of applications:
• Communicates with the other application developer(s)
• Participates in the testing with SMEs and implementation
• Gives detailed feedback to the other developer(s)
• Planned production and non-production maintenance
• Maintains downtime schedule at Ivyweb page
• Coordinates downtimes with application owners and infrastucture team
• Daily performance monitoring of all releveant application
• Analyze and act based on JMX monitoring tool warnings
• Analyze and act based on SolarWinds or other Corporate monitoring tool warnings
• Ivy housekeeping system development related tasks
• Debugs and analyses source code related bugs using the application logs, prepares detailed analysis for the senion Java developer
• Analyses, applies updates on existing user exits and java triggers
• Enhances and automates the current regression testing practices using recent technologies 

• Max up to 5 years experience
• Required qualification, ability, practice, experience
• Higher education (university or college degree, higher vocational education) IT degree
• Java programming language knowledge
• Oracle PL/SQL skills
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Systems approach, analytical thinking
• Good communication skills 

• Experience with Corporate ERP systems
• Oracle Weblogic application server administration knowledge
• Project management experience
