Business Project Manager / Account Manager

ShiwaForce.com is a constantly growing, agile Hungarian company of 160 people with more than two decades of large-scale customer experience, supplying digital products and solutions. A new milestone in our expansion is our newly launched Competency Development Center branch, which is creating a unique Digital Academy for the largest member of the Hungarian banking sector, based on future-proof technological knowledge areas. For this exciting and extremely interesting challenge, we are looking for experienced colleagues who are capable of innovative thinking and relying on their project - and general - management skills to lay the foundations, then build and continuously renew the training system at the international level in accordance with new technological trends.
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive care of the business's partners on international level
- Management and coordination of projects in the field of 'competence development' and 'knowledge management'
- Independent management and organization of business and order processes
- Maintaining continuous contact with the customers, ensuring a transparent flow of information
- Performing administrative activities related to the scope of duties
Our expectations:
- Project manager attitude, decisiveness
- High level of communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, negotiation-level knowledge of English both oral and written
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience (account management, business project management)
Advantage:
- Experience in competence development and knowledge management
- Experience in IT and banking
- Project management qualifications (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA)
