Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic progress plans and digital transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes in close collaboration with our CEO
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams and leadership
Implement, maintain and continuously improve Business Process Management frameworks, methods and tools
Lead the definition and execution of the site's digital transformation and progress plan strategy and platforms
Guide change management, stakeholder engagement and employee enablement initiatives
Lead cross-functional transformation and digital projects, ensuring concrete impact and business results

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (e.g., Industrial / Systems Engineering) or a related field, with proven experience in business process management and continuous process improvement
Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt / Black Belt) is highly desirable combined with effective project management experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a solution-oriented mindset to evaluate complex processes and identify optimization opportunities
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in process modeling and project management tools (e.g., Visio, MS Project)
Fluency in spoken and written English, French and German language skills are a plus
