Responsibilities

Analyze and improve workflows to increase efficiency
Identify gaps and propose practical solutions
Collaborate with business users to define requirements and use cases
Facilitate workshops and foster stakeholder collaboration
Prepare clear documentation for process improvements
Use data insights to support decisions and optimize processes
Apply best practices for sustainable and scalable solutions
Collect feedback and continuously refine workflows
On-site presence required for workshops and critical activities

Requirements

PAS-X expertise and hands-on Master Batch Record (MBR) design experience
Ability to work frequently on-site in Vienna
Solid Life Sciences domain knowledge
Familiarity with GAMP and CSV standards for compliance
English language is a must
German is a huge advantage
Ability to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
