Responsibilities

Define and execute the automation strategy aligned with corporate digital transformation goals.
Lead the roadmap, development, implementation and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
Disciplinary and functionally manage cross-functional & international teams including solution owners, (offshore-) developers, and project managers.
Oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, from requirements to deployment and support.
Establish governance frameworks for development, deployment, and support (including ALM best practices, RACI matrices, and compliance with IT security standards)
Monitor solution performance, usage, and compliance and get Stakeholder buy-in for further scaling
Negotiate and manage Budget, pricing models and report on KPIs, ROI, and efficiency gains.

Requirements

Degree in Business IT or equivalent professional experience.
At least 7 years of proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse)
Strong leadership experience in disciplinary and functional team management of at least 2 years.
Solid understanding of enterprise integration (SAP, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure).
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and IT security standards.
Excellent communication in English (necessary) and German (minimum B2) and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in agile project management and prioritization.
