Responsibilities

Design, implement, further develop and oversee requirements from ISO 27001, EASA Part-IS and national regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2) within a multinational business unit.
Identify, assess, and report security risks.
Coordinate, support, and accompany audits together with specialists.
Establish and regularly report on information security topics.
Operate the Occurrence Reporting System according to EASA Part-IS requirements.
Further develop a cross-departmental error culture.
Design and moderate workshops.
Advise management, executives, and employees on information security issues.

Requirements

Completed Technical or Business university with Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related to these disciplines certification.
Very good knowledge of information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) or management system standard as well as basic understanding of cyber security principles, risks, frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIS2).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality/ project management/ information security/IT, or a related field (including internships and work experience).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Confident user of standard office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work as a team member.
Outstanding analytical and conflict management skills.
Proven ability to organize, plan, and oversee complex workflows and activities.
Willingness to work domestically and travel abroad.
