Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and approach new B2B clients within Hungary, focusing on industrial sectors, legal firms, technology startups, and R&D organizations.
- Pipeline Ownership: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, taking full ownership of the process from lead generation to final contract execution.
- Strategic Negotiations: Lead negotiations on pricing and payment terms, balancing sales velocity with margin optimization.
- CRM & Tech Discipline: Maintain daily discipline in Salesforce/HubSpot, ensuring every lead is recorded and tracked. You will use G-Suite and digital signature platforms to manage high-volume communication and deal-structuring.
- Technical Consultation: Present Villámfordítás’s technical solutions (including AI-integrated translation workflows and API connectors) to potential customers.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports, market analyses, and sales forecasts to be shared with the management team.
- Networking: Represent the company at international and local exhibitions, conferences, and client visits to build long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Experience in the translation, localization, or professional services industry is a strong advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), G-Suite, and Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline tracking.
- Communication: Fluent Hungarian and excellent English (C1–C2 level). A third language is a plus.
- Mindset: Results-oriented, proactive, and self-organized. You should be comfortable working under pressure and meeting ambitious sales targets.
- Bridge to Production: You will work hand-in-hand with our Project Managers and linguists to ensure that the promises made during the sales process are technically feasible and aligned with our production capacity.
- Low Ego, High Ambition: You are confident in your sales ability but open to feedback and technical advice from our engineering and linguistic experts.
- Reliability: You understand that accurate CRM data entry isn't just "admin"—it's how you keep your team informed and your projects on track.
- Solution-Oriented: When a challenge arises, you bring a proposed solution to the table, not just a problem.
- Culture of Support: You are someone who celebrates team wins as much as individual ones. You are willing to mentor junior staff on CRM best practices and contribute to a positive, high-energy office atmosphere.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with a "deal-closing" instinct.
Nice-to-have
- Industry Network: An existing network of contacts within the Hungarian manufacturing, automotive, or legal sectors.
- Multilingualism: Proficiency in German (B2 or higher) is a significant advantage, given the strong presence of German industry in Hungary.
- Digital Marketing Savvy: Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social selling techniques, or content repurposing to support lead generation.
- Localization Knowledge: Familiarity with CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) or translation management systems (TMS), allowing for deeper technical conversations with clients.
- Public Speaking: Experience in delivering presentations or participating in panel discussions at industry events.
- Data Analysis: Ability to use Excel or BI tools to analyze market trends and sales conversion rates.
