Responsibilities

Building and working own pipeline including research, outreach, and qualification
Meeting prospects through discovery calls, conferences, roadshows, and expos
Listening for real problems and shaping them into opportunities suitable for NIX
Nurturing and growing existing accounts alongside new logos
Shepherding proposals and contracts through to signature on time

Requirements

3+ years in direct sales of software engineering services
Knowledge of modern sales stack including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound automation
Ability to build relationships easily in person and online with measurable results
Advanced level English speaking and writing
