Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and develop new Chinese customers requiring freight forwarding and logistics solutions for expansion into Hungary and the EU.
Act as the main commercial contact, selling Air, Ocean, Road, and integrated logistics services.
Advise customers on market entry logistics, customs processes, transport flows, warehousing, and supply chain setup.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Develop commercial strategies to attract Chinese business in key sectors such as EV, clean energy, manufacturing, tech, and industrial logistics.
Establish partnerships and long-term customer relationships to grow volumes and revenue.
Monitor market trends, trade flows, and regulatory changes impacting Chinese–EU logistics.
Prepare sales insights, opportunity analyses, and growth proposals for management.
Support high-level negotiations and ensure smooth cross-cultural communication with Chinese decision-makers.

Requirements

Native/Fluent Chinese + strong English; Hungarian ideal.
Proven success in business development and sales activities in the forwarding industry with Chinese corporations.
Strong network across Chinese multinational firms and relevant EU industrial partners.
Deep understanding of EU/Hungary investment landscapes, and commercial ecosystems.
