Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships in international markets
Monitoring and analyzing market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities in target markets
Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, suppliers, business stakeholders, and potential clients
Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and business networking events
Generating and qualifying new leads, and supporting the continuous development of the sales pipeline
Working closely with the internal international team to ensure the seamless handover of qualified business opportunities
Preparing proposals and supporting the proposal process including the preparation of calculations, price proposals for intralogistics systems in cooperation with mechanical/electrical/software/steelwork structure engineers
Accurately managing administration and records related to activities, negotiations, and business opportunities
Supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals, and partnership negotiations

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, partner relationship management, or a similar B2B-focused commercial field
Strong relationship-building and business networking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confidence in seeking out new contacts and initiating business conversations
Strategic mindset combined with a practical approach to implementation
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously
Experience collaborating in an international team is a plus
Experience at professional events, conferences, or trade shows is a plus
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
BSc or MSc degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Relevant experience in the field of logistics or automation is an advantage
