Responsibilities

Profitability and commercial success of the gaming accessories portfolio
Development of value propositions tailored to different markets and distribution channels
Competitive market research to identify key differentiators and trends
Collaboration on product development and enhancements to ensure strong market positioning
Creation and management of product launch plans and roadmaps
Sales forecasting and execution tracking across countries and channels
Ensuring product quality standards and compliance
Preparation of regular reports covering performance metrics, timelines, sales results, and ROI

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within gaming accessories or consumer electronics
Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
Strong skills in pricing, promotion, and distribution planning
Excellent sales strategy and negotiation capabilities
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Passion for the gaming industry and emerging technology trends
