Business Development Manager /China–Hungary Trade/

• Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with Chinese companies operating in Hungary
• Develop and continuously refine account strategies and business plans for key customers
• Conduct sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and prepare regular account reports
• Manage and deliver personal sales plans using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Corporate Planner systems
• Execute national and regional sales strategies in line with leadership direction
• Identify new business opportunities and provide market insights to Product and Pricing teams
• Drive product and trade development across all transport modes between Hungary and China
• Acquire new customers, grow existing accounts, and support offer and tender preparation
• Lead contract negotiations and support profitability and accounts‑receivable processes

• Strong air and sea freight market knowledge between China and Hungary
• Business fluent in English and Chinese
• Experience working with multinational or cross-cultural teams
• Deep cultural understanding of both Chinese and Hungarian markets
• Experience in network planning and optimization
• Ability to build financial models and business cases
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in the 3PL/logistics industry
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• B-category driving license

• Business fluent in German
• Background in trade lane development or Asia–Europe logistics
• CRM and digital sales tool proficiency
