Feladatok
Why this role is exciting?
Business Development
Coordinate production, ordering, payments, logistics, and customs processes
Work with documentation and CRM systems
- Real impact on the company’s portfolio and key business decisions
- Collaboration with international partners and European manufacturers
- Full-cycle ownership: from product sourcing to commercialization
- High level of autonomy and responsibility
- Direct interaction with cross-functional teams (marketing, regulatory, launch management)
Business Development
- Identify and source new products and partners (Europe and other markets)
- Build long-term partnerships, including cold outreach
- Lead negotiations and agree on commercial terms
- Manage projects end-to-end: from product evaluation to market launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Set tasks and ensure their execution
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and product potential
- Monitor developments in global pharmaceutical markets
- Understand patient journey and key drivers of prescription and sales
- Support product registration processes
- Participate in product positioning and launch strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams

Elvárások
Must have:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Medical Representative, Product Manager, Marketer, Business Development Manager, etc.)
- Understanding of commercial processes in pharma
- Experience in project or process management
- Strong analytical skills (market, product, competition)
- Advanced English (fluent in business communication and negotiations)
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian;
- Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical, or marketing)
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- High level of self-organization, responsibility and solution-oriented
- Proactive and results-oriented professional
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work in uncertainty and make decisions quickly
- Someone who enjoys building new processes rather than just maintaining existing ones
- Successful launch of new products into the company portfolio
- Established and sustainable partnerships with manufacturers
- Commercially successful product launches
