Responsibilities

Own and develop the regional pipeline; actively support up- and cross-selling within your territory
Collaborate closely with deal teams to ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer experience
Support pricing models, tenders and commercial proposals
Prepare high-quality customer presentations and decision materials
Lead and develop operational teams at customer sites (engagement, culture, performance)
Ensure contract compliance and operational excellence across engagements
Monitor key KPIs, analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement actions
Lead projects to improve efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

Fluent in German and English (Italian is a plus)
Degree background exclusively in scientific or biological fields
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Very confident in MS Office, especially creating impactful presentations
Proactive, analytical and commercially minded working style
