Responsibilities

Responsibilities 
● Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. 
● Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships. 
● Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability. 
● Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. 
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives. 
● Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 
● Identify opportunities for account growth and areas for improvement to meet or exceed sales targets. 
● Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual projections. 
● Prepare regular reports on account status and performance. 
● Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities within assigned territories. 
● Support clients by addressing challenges and managing issue escalations promptly and effectively. 

Requirements

Profile Requirements 
● Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
● Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs. 
● Strong track record of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 
● Ability to embrace digital transformation and leverage it as a driver of business growth. 
● Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
● Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. 
● Language skills: fluent English is a must

Nice-to-have

● Experience and transport & logistics is a plus 
● B2B Sales Experience 1-3 years
● Language skills: German
