Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new B2B clients – especially medium to large retailers in e-grocery and general e-commerce  
  • Actively monitoring market and finding new opportunities for business development 
  • Implement sales strategies & plans  
  • Conducting market and competition analysis in order gain market share  
  • Preparing price offers, contracts and other necessary documents  
  • Effectively communicating with other department across the company  
  • Reporting 

Requirements

  • Previous Sales/Business Development experience (2 or more years in retail or e-commerce) 
  •  Analytical thinking  
  • Very good communication, negotiation, presentation skills  
  • Sales drive and results-oriented mindset  
  • Ideally existing network in e-commerce or retail  
  • Proactive, hands-on and structured way of working with interest in building up teams and structures  
  • Service oriented, committed and dynamic  
  • Fluency in English  
  • Very good MS-Office skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

We are a technology and logistics service for e-commerce, retail, restaurants, and fast food, and within a few years, we have become one of the largest last-mile delivery providers in Europe. We currently operate in 6 markets where we partner with the biggest clients to help them deliver their goods to their customers as quickly as possible, so our service must be one step ahead of the rest of the market. We use advanced technology and are developing our own logistics platform, GAIA, which facilitates real-time data collection. This enables us to deliver goods faster, more efficiently, and more sustainably. 
We are looking for a great Business Development Manager for Hungary to join our international sales team. We are looking for someone who knows how to close deals and perceives the needs of our customers and clients.
